Monthly Album Roundup – November 2017

Welcome to the Decibel Boost Podcast album roundup for the month of November 2017. As the last month of the year that generally really matters to most music fans before best-of list season kicks in, this past November saw several musical heavy-hitters chime in with high-profile new releases… and also Taylor Swift, but who cares. On this month’s roundup discussion: Alex gives his thoughts on the new (sort-of) Evanescence release and Metallica’s *massive* new Master of Puppets box set, Robert celebrates a handful of potential best of the year contenders from the likes of Godflesh, Converge, and Bjork before he & Mark dunk on Hopsin’s rather “shameful” excuse for a new album (pun completely intended), and Mark himself touches on Talib Kweli’s newest album as well as Kamaiyah’s latest mixtape and NxWorries’ new remix album.

Your hosts this month are Robert (@RobBarracuda), Alex (@AuraOfAzure), and Mark (@MAK2HybridMedia). Subscribe to the podcast on iTunes and Google Play Music.
